We booked to stay for 5 Nights with our 3 year old son, Breakfast was lovely something for everyone and the overall quality of the food was good. Always able to get a sunbed around the pool. Hotel kept very clean. Couple of things the Hotel need to improve on the Air Conditioning in the rooms which is absolutely terrible, we woke up 2 nights and it was blowing hot air so had to open the balcony door, was unbearable for a big hotel you need better air-conditioning everybody I spoke to said the same. Also the Lifts, you had to wait 20 minutes to get a lift every morning for breakfast and every evening around 7-8pm. They need more lifts or faster bigger lifts! Our minibar was not replenished the whole time we were there and we booked a club double room, also never got the free bottle of wine as advertised online when we booked! Overall a lovely hotel but does need some improvements to make it even better!

Hotel was in a great location,close to everything but nice and quiet.The staff were lovely and room cleaned daily and to a high standard.The family rooms have free use of pool towels,safe and complimentary free drinks on arrival in the mini fridge.Also as we booked on line we received a welcome bottle of wine which was a very nice touch.The pools and pool area are lovely,yes there is some early queuing for sunbeds if you are particular where you want to lie etc but there were pretty much beds available at all times and the lifeguard will always do his best to get a bed for you if needed.The food had something for everyone,and had a beautiful roast beef dinner on Sunday.My only fault I could find were how slow the lifts were at certain times of the day but this would not stop me staying here again

Por lo general bien. Tuvimos un problema el primer dia que llegamos pero finalmente nos lo resolvieron y nos dejaron hacer el checkout más tarde de lo habitual por las molestias... Tanto las instalaciones como la comida muy bien, la ubicación del hotel muy buena ya que está a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad y a otros 5 de la playa. Los animadores muy bien, pero Víctor un 10 sin duda!

Generally the hotel is very nice. We had a family room which was very nice and the chambermaid service was second to none. Reception area light and airy and the desk staff very helpful. Food is only average, breakfast is always rather cold, dinner is unimaginative and some cases quite tasteless at best and at worst inedible. Pool area is very good and children liked it immensely and joined in many pool activities organised by entertainment team. The evening entertainment to my mind has taken something of a backward step. There seems to be a greater emphasis on quizzes rather than singers and other such acts. Did watch a couple of the production shows Michael Jackson and Dreamland which were passable. My main area of concern and disappointment which still yet has my blood boiling is the downright rudeness and lack of manners of bar staff, firstly there is not enough of them for the amount of people wishing to buy refreshments. Secondly one member of bar team would be talking on his phone and ignoring you when you wanted served, his name Martin. Also, every night without fail when a barman was been relieved by another the would stand and have a few minutes chat without acknowledging you wanted served or in the middle of serving they would disappear to talk to someone. I think with only a couple of exceptions all the bar staff need some customer service training. Paco, I think his name is, who normally seemed to work in the poolside bar is an exception, very nice chap who actually seemed to see problem as he asked if two other staff were ignoring me as they were standing chatting behind bar and proceeded to serve me himself. Whomever is the bar manager in charge of this lot needs to get his or her act together and sort this.

Pur first time in Benidorm, whilst travelling from Nerja to Valencia. Great hotel. Great stay. The only thing I would change is the food menu. Add some local dishes such as tortillas. We usually stay in other regions of Spain and really enjoy the local cuisine.. The only negative is this minor point. Also, as a recommendation, is Id charge a euro to hire the sunbed. They do this down in our usual resort in Nerja and it stops the silly behaviour of nabbing beds at 6am. Nobody has an issue as the rules are clear from the offset. Would we come back? If we travel through Benidorm again, definitely!

Buen hotel.

Fuimos con niños pequeños. Les gustó mucho la piscina. Habitación e instalaciones muy buenas. Echamos de menos la pensión completa. Único pero el tiempo de espera en los ascensores
