We have stayed at this hotel many time and we have always had a fantastic holiday. Will be booking more winter breaks again this year ????

Наилучший отель в Бенальмадена
Часто приходиться бывать в Испании, и в Бенальмадене в особенности, и этот отель «Bali » заслуживает самой высокой оценки: работники администрации, весь обслуживающий персонал в ресторане и номерах— в высшей степени вежливы, профессиональны, доброжелательны и любезны! И мне кажется, что больше нечего добавить, кроме того: wifi отличный, питание на высшем уровне, разве, если кто-то капризничает ,атмосфера приветливости и непринужденности и тд.... мы уже больше не ищем другого отеля !плюс карта amigo, которая даёт ещё большие возможности!

2 week stay
Upgraded rooms are fine but only 1 door on wardrobes 2 would be perfect , have stayed here many times, food is vgood good location, when booking requested bali 2 but tried to fob us off with bali 1 going in April again hope no problem ,

february 2020
as hotel rooms are being upgraded in the block we normally stay in, we were placed in another block just behind front of building. this wasnt our preferred choice as view wasnt good sun didnt come round till afternoon and we could seehear staff below on their breaks. other than that cleanliness, hotel staff were excellent. food good, entertainment was ok, but i know from experience it is great in summer season.

Calidad precio muy bien
Un fin de semana muy bueno pero en el buffet vi poca comida para los niños ya que a ellos le suelen gustar otras cosas.

Estimado clietne: Muchas gracias por su fabulosa reseña. Dependiendo del número de niños alojados en el hotel, así se disponen los platos infantiles. En verano y épocas de gran ocupación de niños ofrecemos un completo buffet intantil. Un saludo y hasta pronto,

What a good surprise!
What a truly excellent surprise. The staff work hard at making your holiday work for you. We had a couple of issues with hot water whilst nearby rooms were being upgraded but the hotels response was, quick, reasoned and efficient. Food - varied, tasty and good value I dont hesitate in recommending this hotel for a holiday.

room was renovated and comfortable but there was a bad odor sewer some dishes were not very warm.
