Lamentamos que la animación infantil no ha sido plenamente satisfactoria y en nuestro afán de mejora trasladaremos su reseña al departamento correspondiente. En MedPlaya somos muy conscientes del planeta y el medio ambiente por eso nos gustaría mencionar que las sábanas se cambian cada cinco días. En el caso que usted desea que se cambie antes, sólo tiene que informar la recepción. NORMAL
Solo estuvimos una noche, hotel normalito, habitación limpia y confortable, aunque bastante pequeña, cena buffet con calidad a mejorar Animación bastante buena , 90 de los clientes ingleses

Perfect Stay
Thank you to the staff of Medplaya Hotel Regente for ensuring our family had a perfect stay! It was immaculately clean everywhere and we loved the spooky decorations! The quality and the choice of breakfast offered was fantastic for everyone in our family and we will definitely be back in the future.

Another great stay at Hotel Regente
Great week staying at the Hotel Regente with my family. Stayed B&B this time but have stayed here before on HB basis. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel , facilities and service experience. Rooms are very modern, clean, confortable, especially the beds and are cleaned daily to a high standard by the brilliant cleaning team. All staff are really friendly, helpful and give amazing service and will help you with any issues and queries. Will definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you for another great holiday.

Weekend break
Just a two night staff with friends. It was an easy and friendly check in. The rooms were clean with a walk in shower. Good service at the bar with lovely staff, and plenty of variety of food in the restaurant. We didnt stay in for the evening entertainment but we had a laugh with Frank and Belen during the day. Only negative, although we managed as it was only for the weekend, was that the rooms were a bit small for 3 adults.

2 day trip
We were staying in nearby Torevieja and wanted few nights in Benidorm. We have have stayed at the Regente before and loved the welcome and the staff oh and the food ???? great hotel thanks again.

Personal de 10, transfer aeropuerto lamentable
Horroroso el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, ha sido una auténtica vergüenza tener que esperar una hora y media en el aeropuerto y después estar 2 horas y media metidos en el autobús de Beniconnect con un bebé en el regazo...ha sido una experiencia para olvidar. Desde las 17:30 que aterrizó nuestro avión no llegamos al hotel hasta las 21:45. No me parece de recibo que el hotel publicite este servicio tan vergonzoso, por muy gratuito que sea. En la otra cara de la moneda está su personal, maravilloso. Nos acogieron como si de su familia tratáramos que nos hizo aliviar el sufrimiento que padecimos en el traslado. Un 10 para ellos, en especial Juan Manuel de recepción y Juan del restaurante.

Excellent stay. Just what we needed a lovely relaxed atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. The discount received by being an Amigo card holder was greatly appreciated
