still our favourite hotel been comonh here since 1985
good hotel brilliant staff . hotel needs a refurb and is about to have one in the new year .see you again at xmas two things to mention the lifts are still a problem . hope you put in a 3rd lift. also the change from ice cream in tubs to 3 large containers where you help yourself is a problem the ice cream was too cold for a lot of elderly people to scrape out also if you are wearing a jumper it catches on the sides not hygenic.

Ascensores
En general todo bien, por eso hemos vuelto varias veces, el único inconveniente que he visto siempre que hemos ido, han sido los ascensores, lentos para abrir y cerrar puertas creo que sobra la voz que va diciendo que va hacer el ascensor, perdida de tiempo lo digo porque he estado en otros hoteles similar al vuestro y han sido mas ágiles los ascensores. Espero que este comentario sirva para solucionar este inconveniente. Un saludo y hasta la próxima.

2 Day break
Enjoyed our two day break in Benidorm. All staff are excellent. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. Not a great choice of food especially at lunch, but what we ate was very tasty. Thought the choice and food was better at the Riudor when we stayed there in June. Parts of the hotel are looking tired but as the hotel is having a major revamp shortly it will make the hotel more appealing.

Great holiday
This hotel was fab!!! Great location an staff where very helpful. Food was good..plenty of selection. The hotel was very clean.

Muy bien
Hemos quedado gratamente sorprendidos por la relación calidad precio de este hotel. Todo el personal muy amable. La comida muy bien. La limpieza muy bien también. En general un hotel que merece la pena. La única pega los horarios de comida y cena que están encargados al turismo extranjero

Really enjoyed
Everything was really good from the moment we arrived, check in set the tone with a very friendly greeting and the room was ready even though we arrived around 11 am. From start to finish every member of staff was friendly and always helpful. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels, food was plentiful and varied so something for everyone. No problem getting a sun lounger or getting served at the bar. 10 minute walk to the bars and beach so good location too. Would definitely stay here again, thanks to all the lovely staff for making our stay so relaxing. D
