Amazing holiday
Had an amazing holiday with my children the the room was perfect for my disabled daughter very good adaptations made it so easy to have a holiday like home from home always clean and nothing is too much for staff x

Fantastic hotel
This is my third time to Rio Park and the decor and refurbishment is impressive . Location wise is perfect near enough to walk in to the entertainment and far enough to not be disturb. We stayed club class with 2 children and the room was 5 star . The staff are loverly really couldn’t fault our stay . Thank you x

Rio Park Benidorm
Nice hotel. More 3 star than 4 star. Needs better lifts. You have to wait for ages. Food excellent.

Hotel de ingleses . pero muy bien
Me a gustado mucho la estancia en el hotel .la piscina. la comida .la playa está cerca .el personal muy atento había un camarero del bar de la piscina el que te pone los helados esque no me acuerdo del nombre colti o algo así se llamaba y el socorrista también .a mi hija le encantó la piscina muy bien todo .

Rio park Benidorm
Was here to celebrate my Birthday! The young Dutch man on checkin gave me a bottle of wine as I had booked on Medplaya.com! A nice jesture! Been coming to hotel for 40years!

Our stay
Food was poor except gala night. should spread Gala night food through the week. Lifts were very difficult to get especially on floor 12 Bar staff bar a couple didn’t give impression they wanted you there very abrupt and never smiled. Would not recommend any elderly couple visiting this hotel Also quite an uphill walk from beach area

Enjoyable stay
We stayed for 9 nights and overall had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were very clean, staff very helpful. Our little girl enjoyed the pool area however would have liked some more activities for her. The entertainment at night wasnt great and nothing for children.
