Excellent hotel
Our first time staying and it will not be our last From the minute we arrived until we left we were made very welcome Hotel is very comfortable meals are very good and the staff are very helpful

Hotel Riudor
From the moment we walked in it was nice to be back again.The reception staff was excellent so quick checking in.we were given a 1st floor disabled room over looking the bars and road but the noise didn’t bother us.the room was very spacious a room and a half with 2 balconies. It’s was cleaned every day excellent service.the restaurant was good staff excellent.the bar was very good nothing to much trouble there was Paco sandra and 2 Tony’s excellent service.very clean Hotel would highly recommend.A big thank you to all the staff ????????????????????

Letdown on food
The bar staff were amazing and the entertainment man. The hotel and room was clean and a Good location. The food however was always cold and the pancake machine made the worst pancakes. The food really let the hotel down. For that reason we would never come back.

Our chefs work hard to ensure that we offer a large selection of good quality food to suit all tastes and we are sorry the food was not to your liking. We would like to mention that our hotel meets with very high health and hygiene protocols, this includes the temperature of the food on the buffet. If any of our guests would like their food to be even hotter than normal serving temperature, we have a microwave available in the restaurant. Nice hotel
Stayed for 8 nights from new years day. first time staying at the Ruidor it did not disappoint hotel clean maid service every day. Keeping the room clean. food excellent in a great spot for all the bars and restaurants. Staff friendly do anyhing for you.will be coming back.no doubts

Medplaya fantastic staff
Like others we have stayed at the Riudor Benidorm on numerous occasions and as ever enjoyed it. Rooms as ever very clean, thank you Sara! Special mention to the Restaurant. The Hogmanay gala dinner was the best we have ever had. The staff there are just so nice. Paco and his bar staff, always smiling and nothing is a problem to them.the evening entertainment was a a bit disappointing in parts some very good some maybe could be better. Maybe it was the time of year. This wont stop us going back. Thank you.

New year break
Every thing was great , the only thing was found rooms a little cold as heat never came on till 6pm and was chilly in the afternoons and some mornings
