Will be back ????
This was booked as a surprise for my 50th ..when I was given it as a present I then read reviews & I was a bit apprehensive..from the day I arrived the staff were brilliant & helpful..rooms spotless & the food had something for everyone..we were all inclusive..plenty of drink choice ..even had a snack bar upstairs which done burgers etc..entertainment could have been a bit better but overall was a great holiday ..will definitely be back to the calypso..so keep up the good work calypso & thank you for a pleasant stay charlie & cheryl

Very enjoyable stay
My mother and I stayed for 8 nights the last week of September. We had a lovely time. The food was great. We ate too much! The cleaners were great. Everything was immaculate. Reception were very helpful and kind. The entertainment was good some nights. Some nights were not so good for example the Saturday night show was the worst. The singing was awful. But many nights were very good eg the Brazilian night. I cannot fault the hotel except for the smell from the drains. We found we had to keep flushing the toilet to make sure the smell cleared. Maybe something could be done about this. We stayed in Block 2 and it was a lovely room. We overlooked the pool. All the guests were nice and civilised except there was a large group of wild Irishenglish gypsies staying in our block 7 families of them and they were so noisy and took over the entire pool shouting and jumping in. Security or a life guard should be present to stop such hooligans. I will definitely return to med playa for a holiday in the future as I really liked it.

Perfecto para ingleses
Es un hotel perfecto para ingleses ya que está todo hecho para ellos, horarios, comidas, animación,...por lo demás la habitación perfecta aunque la limpieza un poco justa. El personal amable.. No obstante gracias por todo

Fine for a budget family holiday
The staff were nice. The hotel rooms are lovely very modern and functional. The rest of the hotel seems a little dated particularly the games room and swimming pool. We went in September and the pools were to cold for the kids. The food was okay it felt very repetitive. I wouldnt go full board or all inclusive. Couldnt face eating there 3 times a day. There was some gluten free options available. The lay out is terrible leading to massive queues forming for food I can only imagine what high season is like. The night entertainment crew were amazing. Their shows were so well choreographed.

CASI PERFECTO
Es la quinta vez que íbamos y la verdad que muy bien todo como siempre. Lo único añadiría que en las bebidas del Todo Incluido estaría bien que incluirían más cosas mojitos, piña colada, granizados....

Holiday at the hotel
We have just arrived back home after another super 2wèeks holiday. We love this hotel and have been coming now for 15 years with 3 visits per year they make you most welcome. The staff in all areas of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spotless, and there is a good variety of food. All the managers are friendly and helpful and make you most welcome. The entertainment is brilliant during the day and night. Inga khachumova the loyalty & community manager is so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble when booking holidays or with the amigo cards. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2020

Limpieza
La limpieza de las zonas comunes no es la deseable, especialmente en la zona de acceso y escaleras de la planta quinta a sexta del edificio nuevo.
