Great Christmas
We stayed with you for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.on full board It could not have been better for us. Juan on reception was so welcoming as were all the staff . The standard of food and the entertainment programme arranged by Rachael was excellent. We particularly liked the Choir.. we will come again Thank You.

Fair
Every thing as usual up to its high standard with the exception of the food this time for some reason it was cold most of the time

Calidad precio ok

Disappointed
We have stayed here numerous times and been very happy. We arrived this time for a very short 2 night break.Staff are really nice and helpful. We arrived for dinner on Sunday evening and it was a real disappointment. Only a small section of the dining room was open and although we were in early everything was luke warm. Hardly any selection. The entertainment was really bad as well. Monday night was totally different. Good buffet and ex. entertainment. We always use Med Player but will be thinking twice about Regente in future.

Great value.
We phoned directly to the central booking office and because we had stayed there before this year, I was given what I considered to be an excellent price for half board. Easy access to the entertainment up the road towards Benidorm Palace or down on Calle Girona. The food was varied and there was a carvery with slightly better food on the Friday Gala night. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Hotel..
Just arrived home from a 17 night stay at this excellent hotel. Having never been to Benidorm before plus reading all the negative comments we wasn’t sure what to expect.. All the staff from the minute we arrived was fantastic from reception, restaurant, bar, entertainment & cleaners that kept our room spotless. Clean towels everyday, sheets changed every few days. We went half board & the food was really lovely, plenty to choose from, we were never disappointed. Lovely rooms, & very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved this excellent hotel. It should be a 4 star. Thank you Regente. We will certainly be returning..
