Best hotel in the world
Just back from our amazing holiday at riopark. Loved every minute of it. Staff amazing food lovely clean fresh immaculate hotel. Best entertainment ever ! The med fest day was totally awesome best experience of my life. Ashley Jamie & team were fantastic ! Cant wait to go back thanks so much to the whole team at riopark you all do an amazing job of making it the best place in Benidorm

El alojamiento esta muy bien aunque esta totalmente ambientado para extranjeros desde los espectaculos y ambientaciones para los niños fuimos cpn una niña de 3 años y solo se dirigian a los niños extranjeros ingleses y oos espectaculos de por la noche iguañ solo hablaban en ingles eso lo cambiaria ya que habia tambien españoles y no se dirigian a ellos . Esta a unos 5 o 10 minutos de la playa andando aunque la ubicacion esta bastante bien ya que esta alejado de todo el ambiente de por la noche y se esta tranquilo .

RIO PARK HABE IT RIGHT
No nonsense check in. Simple air con rooms. Great staff and tireless entertainment team. Great get away and far enough away from night time noise to sleep soundly

Todo perfecto
Estuvimos 3 dias el hotel esta de maravilla,personal mui amable comida y la limpieza perfectas.Merece mas estrellas el hotel exceptanto los ingleses que son majoritarios esta mui bien el hotel...

Rooms are better but....
We paid the extra for a club junior suite to give us more room as our son was 15 years old now. Rooms were lovely but only 4 coat hangers each. This is nowhere near enough. Cleaner we had not very good. I had left a cup which I had coffee and she didnt even wash up. Same thing happened the next day. I had to say to her to wash up and replenish. Food very repetitive. Did not see the upstairs bar staff smile at any time in my 11 night stay. Entertainment team excellent as always and I think it is down to this and the acts you provide that make people return. It is a great family holiday but now that my son is older and the entertainment does not appeal anymore I d ont think I would return as your prices are getting more expensive, and having a nice room does not justify the price you are asking for. Foam party brilliant but did not like the powder paint, no need for this at all.

Excellent
Had another great holiday here. Entertainment was great and good food choice but please do not put out hot plates to put salad items on. Rooms cleaned every day and staff we spoke to were all pleasant. We were disappointed not to get a pool view which we had requested and felt as we were returning customers that we should have got one.
