Buena relación calidad precio

Todo correcto. Buena ubicación y excelente relación calidad precio. La única pega seria la falta de wifi gratis en las habitaciones.

Hotel bien placé

Chambre grande et confortable. Personnel très sympa. Près de la plage et du centre où il y a plein de magasins. Le PDJ est correct mais le repas du soir nest vraiment pas à la hauteur. Les plats cuisinés NE SONT PAS BONS. Il faut vraiment faire un effort au niveau des plats cuisinés !!!

Great week in Calella with the family

Although the weather was a bit iffy during the week at least the hotel was very accommodating with comfortable surroundings, good food & excellent staff! The rooms were fine with a good bathroom, cleaned daily with fresh towels! We were all-inclusive & all the meals had plenty of choice, the dining room staff were excellent, nothing was to much trouble! The animation team were great, getting everyone involved & the shows they put on a night were very entertaining. They all work so hard & Fernando was a scream! Bar staff in the main bar were excellent especially Ray, Vitali & the ladies! Everyone from cleaners to reception were great, very friendly & helpful! Would definitely come back to this hotel & we were pleasantly surprised with Calella, how nice & clean everywhere was & the beach is lovely with a nice promenade to walk along! // Reviewed 5 June 2013 TripAdvisorLCC //

Muy buen servicio

Durante ocho días he disfrutado de las instalaciones en este hotel, recibiendo un agradable trato y especialmente por haber disfrutado de una habitación con una gran terraza y sobre todo por el servicio de su personal. A destacar el jefe de comedor, Braulio, de lo mas respetuoso y profesional que me he encontrado en los viajes, la calidad de la comida muy buena, carnes y pescados se cocinan en el acto y frente al público, siendo estos productos de la mejor calidad. El equipo de entretenimiento muy activo y preparando continuas actividades para todos, españoles y extranjeros. La limpieza de las habitaciones esmerada y muy correcta. Lo único a criticar es el precio del parking, me ha parecido excesivo y por ello lo he dejado en la calle, como consecuencia, me abrieron el coche y sustrajeron un teléfono. Disgusto. Sobre la ciudad muy comercial y amena, el personal amable, pero en demasiados balcones figuraba la bandera independentista, cosa que no me agradó. Stayed here in august last year. The rooms were basic but clean, maids came every day and towels were changed daily as long as you left them in the bath. There was entertainment on every night. The food in the restaurant was ok a good variety on each lunchtime and evening, something for everyone. Different meats cooked each night a full salad bar and other options available too. There was a good choice of AI drinks to choose from, only problem was only being allowed to order 2 drinks at a time so as a group of 6 we had to do a few trips to the bar to get a round in. The poolside snackbar was only open when the restaurant was closed and then closed for the day at around 6, although you could get a ham or cheese sandwich from behind the bar in the evening which were the left over toasties from the day! We had a late flight home picked up from the hotel at about 9 in the evening. We tried to pay to keep our room on a couple of days before we were due to leave, the hotel was full so this was not possible. Our AI wristbands were not cut off on the last day so we were able to make full use of the restaurant and the bar until our departure . The beach is a 5 min walk away and 5 mins in the other direction is the main part of callela. All the staff at the hotel were happy to give advice. Before heading out on any trips speak to the staff on reception, they gave me great advice on how to stay safe and the best places to go. //Reviewed 12 April 2013 TripAdvisorLCC //

Неплохой отдых в отеле "Санта Моника" Калелья.

Отдыхали в отеле "Санта Моника" в июле 2012 года. Соотношение "цена-качество" хорошее. Отель чистый, удобный, обслуживание отличное. Номера маленькие и скромные, но ванная комната большая и удобная. Во всех номерах есть балкон, телевизор. Фена и шапочек для душа нет. Бельё меняют не каждый день.На ресепшн говорят по-русски. Питание понравилось-без изысков, но разнообразно и вкусно, по-домашнему. Много овощных блюд, довольно интересных, много свежих овощей и огромный выбор фруктов. Не понравился только заврак- нет творога или каши, омлета. Но это можно пережить- есть йогурт, яичница-глазунья. За напитки на обеде и ужине надо платить. Но всегда есть арбуз, если платить не хочется. В номер можно купить воды в супермаркете напротив. В ресторан часто очереди, так что лучше приходить попозже (не к открытию). Бассейн маленький и места надо занимать. Одного не понимаю, зачем туристам нужен бассейн, если чудесный пляж в 2х минутах ходьбы по тенистой улочке? Жезлонги и зонтики на пляже за отдельную плату. Кстати, в любом магазинчике можно купить пляжный зонт от 6 евро и кресло (не дорого). Пляж хороший и чистый. Но спуск в воду довольно крутой, сразу по-пояс. С маленькими детьми, наверное, не самый лучший вариант. Песок- мельчайшая галька. Это очень удобно-не больно ногам, но и не липнет и не пачкается, как обычный песок. На ресепшн можно купить экскурсии куда угодно. Цены у всех турагентсв примерно одинаковые. Мы покупали те, что предлагает сам отель (агентство Лаэтана). Гид была просто потрясающая-Ирина. Всё очень понравилось. Но вы должны понимать, что экскурсия-это беготня за гидом в быстром темпе и очень мало свободного времени. Это раздражает, но подобное расписание у всех агантств почему-то. В какие-то места проще сьездить самим (Жирона, Фигерас и т.д). В Барселону, однозначно, ехать только самим! От отеля до станиции электрички-20 минут пешком. Билет туда-обратно 8 евро (примерно).Ехать 1час 10 минут. На площади Каталунии есть киоск с информацией, где ответят абсолютно на все ваши вопросы,есть карты города на русском языке. По-английски говорят практически все. Лучше всего планировать поездку в Барселону два дня подряд(пас на один день-20 евро, на два дня-30(примерно), Детям и пожилым людям-скидки). Выгодно купить билеты на прогулочный двухэтажный автобус. На два дня пас с большой скидкой. Обьехать все интересные места за один день всё равно не получится (только если не выходить на остановках). В автобусе есть русскоязычный аудио-гид, выходить и заходить можно на любой остновке, сколько угодно раз. Это лучше любой покупной экскурсии в отеле. Пас даёт право проезда на обоих маршрутах. Без всяких экскурсий советую сьездить в милейший городок Тосса де Мар (на электичке). Чудесный старинный романтический городочек. Калелья тоже милый город, есть где погулять вечером (особых историзмов нет). От отеля до прогулочной части 5 минут пешком. Много магазинов, кафе-ресторанов. Всё кипит и шумит до 11 вечера. Шоппинг не особо хуже, чем в Барселоне (не имею в виду бутики). Мне отель "Санта Моника" понравился, если не предьявлять к нему больших требований. Это хорошая трёшка. Вряд ли вы будете много времени проводить в номере. В отеле есть анимация (мы не ходили, но, по-моему, народу нравилось. Детей тоже развлекают вечером). Volvimos ayer por la tarde de pasar una semana a PC. La verdad es que para evaluar el hotel tienes que hacerlo sabiendo que te alojas en un ***estrellas, dicho esto, calidad precio inmejorable. En la habitación eramos 3 adultos y una niña de 12 años. Espacio sufiente, 1 cama de matrimonio para nosotros y 2 camas para mis hijas, nada de sofa-cama. El colchón de mi hija pequeña estaba gastadísimo y se notaban todos los muelles, lo dijimos en recepción y tardaran 15mn. en cambiarlo, o sea que el servicio inmejorable. El baño antiguo pero con bidet y dosificador de jabón en la pared para la ducha y el lavabo, ningún botecito, peine, etc... pero repito es un ***estrellas. El armario grande para 4 personas, quizá faltan baldas. Mi habitación era la 821 en el ultimo piso y tenia unas vistas de impresion, no se escuchaba jaleo de la piscina por estar tan altos y si se escuchaba algo al vecino pero no por la noche, no tengo quejas sobre el ruido del hotel pero por la calle pasaban grupos de guiris borrachos haciendo mucho ruido al principio de la noche pero a partir de la 12.30h no se les oye porque se van a la zona de copas que esta retirada del hotel. La limpieza correcta tampoco tengo quejas. En recepción muy amables. El servicio de restaurante fenomenal. He estado en ****estrellas en los que se come muchísimo peor. Ellos te dicen en que mesa te sientas y funciona muy bien. Todos en general son muy amables y profesionales dentro del comedor desde quien te adjudica mesa hasta quien las limpia. La comida de calidad y muy bien cocinada, hay comida para extranjeros y también para españoles y respecto al horario no se hace corto porque hay comedor hasta las 14.30 que retiran el bufett y por la noche hasta las 9.30 considero que son horas normales para que los españoles comamos, nosotros comíamos a las 14.10h y cenábamos a las 21.10h y nunca he esperado para sentarme mas de 2mn. El precio de la bebida es normal, botella de agua de 1l Solares 1.80€. Siempre antes de retirar el bufett pasan a preguntarte si necesitas algo mas, es un detalle, jamás en hoteles mas caros me han preguntado esto. Hay un bufett solo de helados maravilloso, a los niños y no tan niños les encanta. La piscina esta bien pero el tema de las hamacas es como en todos los hoteles o madrugas o no pillas sitio, da igual españoles que extranjeros, lo hacemos todos. La animación es muy buena durante la noche. No es cierto que solo sea en inglés, por la noche repiten las cosas en inglés, español y francés, Fernando es el jefe de animación y el se encarga de las traducciones, es muy agradable y trabajador. Sin embargo durante el día si es cierto que las chicas apenas hablan español y los niños españoles quedan descolgados. El hotel esta a 2mn andando de la playa y Calella es un sitio bonito, tiene de todo. Calella esta lleno de extranjeros y por tanto todos los hoteles también. Este en particular estaba lleno de ingleses y noruegos pero como es un hotel familiar no daban la lata era gente bastante normal, todo familias no había mucha gente joven. Si vuelvo a Calella volveré a este hotel, visite el Hotel Mar Blau porque tiene muy buenas criticas pero esta bastante lejos de la playa y ademas en cuesta.
